Strange Sonic Community logic

Before you read this, I want everyone to know that this is in no way to insult anyone in particular. In the end, everyone has their own opinion. I just made this so I could point out this logic that still continues in the gaming community. 

I never understood this. Okay, I do in a way, but... still. Now, we all know that Sonic Adventure 2 (or the enhanced port known as Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, which is the one I own) is one of the most loved games in the franchise. Do I have a problem with that? No, no not really. I'll admit, I love it too. In fact, it is one of my favorite main title Sonic games. But would you like to know another favorite of mine? That would be Sonic Unleashed (known as Sonic World Adventure in Japan). Many people love the day stages and the soundtrack, but the rest of the game? Well... no. The strange thing is that in recent years many people only care about the Sonic and Shadow stages in SA2. These take up only 1/3rd of the game. Sonic Unleashed, on the hand, had one hated gameplay style, and it only took up half the game. Am... am I the only one here who notices something off? Granted, the night stages took longer and did not have the speed the franchise is known for, but the werehog itself is much faster than Tails' and Eggman's mechs from Sonic Adventure 2. Not to mention, it is possible for someone to take a long period of time in the Treasure hunting stages of SA2 as well. Yes, I am aware that there are much more night stages then there are treasure hunting and mech stages, but if the current logic of Sonic Adventure 2 was applied with Sonic Unleashed, then wouldn't people like the game? 

I am well aware that both of these are very different games, but they do still have similarities. Then again, Sonic Unleashed was going to be Sonic Adventure 3, so we can't argue with that. In my opinion, I like both games. I think they both have good gameplay, story, and, of course, great soundtracks. Feel free to have a different opinion.

Ah, yes. I have not uploaded a thing for weeks. Yeah, my apologies.   I've been doing other things as of recently. I will try and upload more often. No, this is not another one of those times where I'll do blank more often, but I'll try and upload as often as I can. I have been working with my series' though on my iPod Touch and what not, however. So, one of these days I could upload my current ideas. I may add more or change the description of this deviation at some point.
